The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided clear communication from beginning to end. I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend this listing!

I stayed here for just over 1 month and loved it as a long term stay. Everything was clean upon check in and communication with host was very easy and simple. Property was quiet every night. Great layout of the space with its own office which was perfect for my studying.

Heather and Rapid’s place is great! It is exactly what you see in the pictures. The place is clean, tidy and very cozy. It has a great location in a peaceful neighborhood and is close to great local spots. The host also has a local guidebook that is very handy. Definitely a great place to stay!

We overall enjoyed our stay! This location is close to the beach, quiet, close to the downtown area, and sufficient enough for a couple. The only negatives were a couple of bugs (literally only two), some outdated aspects like the windows, and a weird smell coming from the bathroom that we adjusted to fairly quickly upon entering the bathroom. The negatives aren’t enough to deter us from returning to this location, we loved it overall! The hosts were also very responsive, accommodating, and kind. We highly recommend this location!

We had such a comforting and peaceful experience during our stay. Rapidly and Heather were super quick to respond with anything we needed and even made it super easy and painless to extend our stay when I realized I missed a day in our booking. Would absolutely stay at any one of their places again. Amazing hosts!

In town for a baseball tourney, perfect size for the 3 of us. Clean room with great amenities, bed was very comfortable. Great local food spots and close to highway. Would highly recommend!!

This was our second time staying here, and it won’t be our last. We absolutely love coming back—everything about this place feels like a home away from home. The rental is clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed the bicycles again—it’s such a fun way to explore the area. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

What a gem this place is! It is "old Florida" with modern upgrades, in-town and yet minutes from the beach, plus a private courtyard setting. A truly delightful place to stay.

I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The space had everything I needed and more. I liked having the bicycles available for use. You can ride them onto the bridge to the beach. The courtyard is beautiful. I liked having a full kitchen with tools for cooking.
