This spacious and private complex consists of two cottages and a 3 unit apartment building, built in the 1920's and renovated to modern day coastal charm. Outside you will find multiple sitting and dining areas with shade umbrellas, two barbecue grills, a cozy fireplace and a hammock. The space in Apartment 2 is tight with the bed plus pull-out open and four adults may be uncomfortable, but a family of 4 would work well. We also have a pack and play available. ** All units have full kitchens **

** City Quiet hours will be observed from 11pm to 7am. We are located in a residential neighborhood and have a good standing with our community. Excessive noise and partying will not be tolerated. ** PLEASE do not move furniture, dinnerware, glasses, linens, etc. between units- MISSING OR MISPLACED ITEMS IN UNITS MAY RESULT IN REPLACEMENT FEES ** Utilize large black garbage bins on the South West corner of the property by Dahlia during your stay. DO NOT place full garbage bags in the courtyard trash bin by the laundry room. ** Please let us know if the propane tanks for the grills are empty or may be getting low so that we can have new ones sent out.

**Parking is limited to five vehicles. There is additional street parking on 3rd and 4th ave on either side of the property. ** Two Units are on the second floor and require climbing stairs. Two other units have a few steps up to the entrance. Apartment 3 is the only unit that does not have stairs. **Please read Space Overview carefully for unit layout- There are a total of 7 queen beds, 3 futon beds and 1 full sized pull-out couch. The futon beds and pull-out couches may not be comfortable for some adults but will work well for children and young adults during your stay. We also have 1 pack and play available.
