You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment, just a five minute walk to Downtown Lake Worth and a five minute drive to Lake Worth Beach. Home of the Annual Lake Worth Street Painting Festival, this spot is also a quick drive to PBI airport, tons of great restaurants, shops, Downtown West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Zoo, Science Museum and more. There is always something for everyone to enjoy.
Good to know
This apartment is located on the second floor of our newly renovated 1920’s historic building. Although fully updated, we took careful thought when preserving the space's unique charm from the original hard wood floors to the beautiful cast iron claw-foot tub. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen ready for some "home cooked" meals. In the morning enjoy a complimentary coffee on the front porch and in the evening after exploring the town, curl up in front of our Roku smart tv to catch up on your shows. This unit looks out amongst the trees over the shared courtyard where you may enjoy many sitting areas, patio tables, two gas grills, a hammock under the oak tree and a fire pit. Beach essentials are provided on a first come first serve basis in the laundry area which is free for guest use during your stay.
House Rules
This is a pet and smoke-free property. Quiet Hours are observed between 10:00pm and 7:00am, per the city of Lake Worth. Please be cognizant of these times and respectful of fellow guests. Please no loud noise, music, parties or events unless previously approved. Guests not listed on the reservation are prohibited to stay overnight.

** PARKING IS LIMITED** Please only ONE vehicle per reservation if necessary. Street parking is available around the block.

Home of the Annual Lake Worth Street Painting Festival, you will find something for everyone. Enjoy craft tacos at Lilos Streetfood & Bar which serves happy hour daily from 3:30-7pm including $1 oysters. In the mood for Mexican? Try Los Panchos Tacos & Tequila bar where everything is delicious. There are also great Italian spots, pizza, vegan, you name it, Lake Worth has it. In the mood to get outside? Lake Worth Beach is located about 5 minutes drive east. Grab a beach towel and chair and grab yourself a spot on the sand. We have put together an entire house manual for our guests which include our favorite things to do in the area. Make sure to check it out!

Guests have access to either gate at the front or back of the property, any of the outdoor sitting areas, hammock and grills, and laundry room.

As parking is limited, we highly recommend utilizing ride apps such as Uber and Lyft to get around. Everything from the airport to the beach is no more than about a 10 minute drive. Some restaurants, shops and bars are even walking distance from the house.
