You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment, just a five minute walk to Downtown Lake Worth and a five minute drive to Lake Worth Beach. Home of the Annual Lake Worth Street Painting Festival, this spot is also a quick drive to PBI airport, tons of great restaurants, shops, Downtown West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Zoo, Science Museum and more. There is always something for everyone to enjoy.
Good to know
This apartment is located on the first floor of our newly renovated 1920’s historic building. Although fully renovated, we took careful thought when preserving the space's unique charm. Enjoy a full kitchen ready for some "home cooked" meals. In the morning enjoy a complimentary coffee and in the evening after exploring the town, curl up in front of our smart tv to catch up on your shows. This unit is just steps from the shared courtyard where you may enjoy many sitting areas, patio tables, two gas grills, a hammock under the oak tree and a fire pit. Bikes and beach essentials are provided on a first come first serve basis in the laundry area which is free for guest use during your stay.
House Rules
This is a pet and smoke-free property. Quiet Hours are observed between 10:00pm and 7:00am, per the city of Lake Worth. Please be cognizant of these times and respectful of fellow guests. Please no loud noise, music, parties or events unless previously approved. Guests not listed on the reservation are prohibited to stay overnight.
Other Details to Note
** PARKING IS LIMITED** Please only ONE vehicle per reservation in the parking area. Extra vehicles will need to park down the residential roads of 3rd or 4th Ave on either side of the property. ** A starter supply of essentials are provided to ensure you have a comfortable beginning to your trip. These include basic toiletries, paper products, and some kitchen necessities. If these items are used up before the end of your stay, please note that you will be responsible for picking up additional supplies. There is a Publix and a Dollar Tree conveniently located less than a mile from the property.

Enjoy craft tacos at Lilos Streetfood & Bar which serves happy hour daily from 3:30-7pm including $1 oysters. In the mood for Mexican? Try Los Panchos Tacos & Tequila bar where everything is delicious. There are also great Italian spots, pizza, vegan, you name it, Lake Worth has it. In the mood to get outside? Lake Worth Beach is located about 5 minutes drive east. Grab one of our beach towels and chairs and find yourself a spot on the sand. Guests have access to either gate at the front or back of the property, any of the outdoor sitting areas, hammock and grills, and laundry room.

Although we are walking distance to many great shops and restaurants downtown, we do recommend renting a vehicle if you are not bringing your own or utilizing a ride-share program such as Uber or Lyft. We also have bikes available free of charge for guests to use while staying with us to enjoy everything beautiful Lake Worth Beach has to offer!
